Post-college success measurements are changing which is driving change within the 4-year college degree experience.

Career Services is increasingly being moved to the Provost's office. Slower to come into focus is Alumni Career Services.

Logic dictates that if success is being measured not just in terms of the first job after college but over time and a variety qualitative variables, then ongoing support and guidance must follow.
